Ring Rush saves your game progress on your device. You do not need an account to play. Optional rewarded ads are provided by Google AdMob.

This policy covers the Ring Rush Android game (com.alphanerds.ringrush) and this website. Ring Rush is provided under the name AlphaNerds.

Ring Rush is intended for players aged 13 and older. We do not operate player accounts or a cloud-save service, and we do not include separate analytics or crash-reporting services beyond the information processed by the Google advertising and consent services described below.

1. Progress saved on your device

The game stores scores, level progress, star balances, level ratings, owned and selected skins, settings and tutorial completion in local app storage. This information lets you continue playing and keep your rewards. The current game does not upload this progress to an AlphaNerds game server.

Android device backups are enabled. Depending on your device and settings, your backup provider may save and restore app data. Those backups are governed by that provider’s settings and privacy policy.

2. Advertising and related information

Ring Rush uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform for optional rewarded ads and privacy choices. You can choose an ad to double a completed level’s stars or regain one heart after losing. Ads require connectivity and may not always be available.

Google’s advertising services may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device or account identifiers such as the advertising ID, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information. These data are used for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Collection depends on the SDK, your device, settings and applicable consent choices.

Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s advertising information. Skipping a rewarded ad does not necessarily prevent all processing by bundled advertising services.

3. Your privacy choices

The app uses Google’s consent tools to request privacy choices where required. When available, open Privacy options from the main menu to review those choices. You can also manage your advertising ID through Android’s privacy settings. Declining optional rewarded ads does not prevent you from playing the core game.

4. Support requests

If you contact us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to include, such as your email address and a description of a problem. We use that information to respond and investigate your request. Do not include passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Our email provider processes support messages to deliver and store correspondence. Our website hosting provider processes requests to serve and protect these pages. Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect against fraud or abuse.

5. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains until it is cleared or removed, subject to device backup and restore behavior. To delete local progress, open Android Settings, find Ring Rush, and clear its app storage. This removes saved progress, stars and skins. Manage any device backups separately with your backup provider.

We delete support emails 90 days after the request is resolved, unless they are needed for an ongoing issue or a legal obligation. Contact us to request earlier deletion of information you sent directly. Information retained for an exception is kept only for as long as that reason applies.

Google manages information it receives under its own policies and available controls. Website request logs and provider-managed backups are subject to the relevant provider’s retention practices. Deleting the game’s local storage does not automatically delete information held by third parties.

6. This website

These pages contain no analytics scripts, advertising scripts, account forms or cookies set by the website code. A hosting provider may process standard request information, such as IP address, browser information and access times, to deliver and protect the site. External links lead to services with their own privacy policies.

7. Children and families

Ring Rush is intended for ages 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The game does not ask players to enter their age or create an account.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to AlphaNerds, please contact us. We will investigate and delete information under our control where appropriate. For information processed by Google or a device backup provider, use that provider’s privacy controls or contact process as well.

8. Security and international processing

Game progress is stored in Android’s app-private storage. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Advertising, backup, hosting and email providers may process information in countries other than your own, under their respective privacy policies and applicable safeguards.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game or its data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy, or withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise rights relating to information we control. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. You may also have the right to raise a concern with your local data-protection authority.
